The US Open Starts!!!!

heh! the US Open has started!! :) venus cruised to an easy victory in her new clothing line, EleVen. haha.. the symbol is 11, but its sorta shaped so it looks like V. well, i think it looks good.. and yes, she designed it herself.. :)

and what's even better is i saw janet watching venus and serena play! woohoo. and she is wearing a tshirt from venus's line too.. way to show some support!


oh yeah, janet's having a new movie and its gonna be out in the US soon.. i've no idea if its good or not.. but well, shouldn't be too bad. and i really hope it does come to singpore.. :p



yeah, still forever having a slp debt and obviously, many photo debts as well.. but i hope tt it'd be sorted out. but past week was such a rush.. sent hs off, cm off, dinner and ktv with hs and some other pple, hung, went for weili's bday, hung out with shi, kat and gary and ktved, tennis of course, farewell dinner for nick, movie with nick, and movie with kenrick, ian yihan and aud.

shall write more when i do get those photos up, but meanwhile, i caught hairspray and secret. hairspray was a very light hearted show, filled with classical songs from the 60s (i think), and yeah, its really chirpy. the lead actress, nicole sth was quite funny, but john travolta's dance scene at the end just stole the show. its amazing how the man can dance and SHAKE in tt fat suit. LOL. michelle piffer looks hot still despite her age.. :)

secret was quite a clever movie, definitely not for my little fried and exhausted brain, half dosing off at times. dun get me wrong, the movie was v interesting, just tt i was feeling v fatigued. ooh, but after a few explanations here and there, all the little bits of random information all tied up quite nicely.

yes, i've recently said farewell to yuanhong.. this pix was taken at the airport a week ago. my good friend and tennis partner is headed to cornell where the GPA cap is 4.3 instead of 4.0 :p haha. yup yuan, we'd never let tt go.. ;) haha. hope u're a good time there.. :) and yr hair looks so long now tt i look at the pix.. haha.

well, other than my exam, i attended kenrick's party, which i guess i shall put up pix together with ian's and aud's soon.. haha. it was quite fun la..

in recent times, i've also seen a cute balloon thingie.. haha. its a ninja turtle on a motorbike.. apparently a patient made this!!

and nice chocolate raspberry souffle.. :) freshly baked, warm and delicious.. from the Caffebar at Parkway.. :)

the last few weeks passed at such a whirlwind speed i can hardly remember anything!! there were some random lunches and dinners b4 pple flew off, many tennis sessions, more meals. lotsa tutorials and time spent in the wards.. hmmm, how sad everything is a blur. haha.

oh but just ytd, i had this photoshoot thing for NUS med. haha, it was quite fun actually. though i think i unknowingly posed the wrong side of my face because the lousy hairstylist styled my hair the other way from normal.. on whatever.. but my face is so oily tt they kept having to clean it for me.. :/ so paiseh.

time passes so fast. its been a week since i last posted. hardly feels like a week.

Movies, drinks, fun and laughter :)

yes, i've not blogged in ages.. busy-ness. haha. i just typed busi-ness without the dash and i realised it was business.. :p ok, tt's quite nonsensical.

i can't quite remember what i've been up to.. lol. i know i went over some photos to refresh my failing memory.. :p photos are good.. haha.

OH YEAH! SPIDER PIG! catch the simpsons.. its soooo hilarious! i loved it so much, and i can't get enough of spider pig! haha. yeah i also caught paprika and knocked up.. paprika is quite warped, but quite thought provoking and interesting.. :) hmmm, and apparently my spelling disorder has just worsened quite a lot. cm asked if i wanted to watch both paprika and knocked up on the same day, so i said, "nah, i do not think i am up for 2 movies".. or so i thought. i apparently sent "nah, i do think i am up for 2 movies", so i ended up watching 2 movies. tsktsk.

one saturday, i went to yx's house where we had a 'popiah party'.. oh i was so bad at wrapping! all the juices will leak out and stuff and yx's mum was trying to teach me how to do it right.. lol. but still failed.. in the end i just asked mich do it for me, she does it quite well! i loved the popiah.. all the crispy thingies and the veges and the skin was great too.. but yes, no one ate the parsley.. haha. we even tried yx's cheese cake which was quite good.

after tt, we headed over to vivo for even more food! lol. went to Fren(s)ch or sth like tt la. the hot chocolate was not bad la.. but the creme brulee was really the attraction. i love good creme brulee, and i must say, this one is good! also ate this thing with fromage on top with water chestnut paste below.. :)

after tt, we decided to have dinner. haha, such pigs we are. went to macpherson to eat seafood! oh, i love the crab beehoon here.. look at the crab, so HUGE fresh and absolutely juicy and fragrant.. haha. damn worth it lor...

then we ate this interesting shellfish! no one liked it, but i did.. :p it was so nice and salty.. and its juicy inside.. its like got a rubbery sorta skin, and when u bite into it, the juices just spill out! YUMMY! haha

well, we also had very nice tofu at the restaurant and quite good vegetable as well.. ah, i love eating nice food :)

alrite, this was one day when aud and ian and me decided to pon school! so i decided to try the rather famous adam road nasi lemak.. i must say i was disappointed. nowhere near the standard of the changi one.. changi one has way better chilli, better chicken wings, fish and rice. and its cheaper.. ok, its just better. haha. see i was so pissed i threw away my food.... nah, its just audrey being clumsy.. :X

also went to see colin's new place ytd, quite a nice love nest he has.. lol. and yeah, the weather has cleared up recently.. thank god! i can play tennis again.. after the awful weather 2 weeks ago.. this is such a blessing.. :D

finally, happy birthday to zp!! haha. hope u mature soon... lol. 21 years old already lor.. haha. yeah, enjoy yr time in monash.. :)
